minimalist breakfast snack wrap



so this recipe was created out of pure desperation. while in the midst of writing an extremely difficult narrative analysis paper on an obscure korean art film, i suddenly became aware that i was fading--fast. i needed a low-fuss, high protein snack that i could make without leaving the house in search of more ingredients, so i opened the fridge. this is what came out.

serves 1
ingredients:
-1 flour tortilla
-tofutti vegan cream cheese
-leftover tofu scramble (i enough to fill a small burrito)
-a pinch of daiya (optional)
-tabasco chipotle sauce, to taste

spread a thin layer of tofutti onto one side of the tortilla and top with scramble, daiya, and tabasco. roll up into a little burrito. now refuel, and keep on workin'.
